Due to the nature of this product, all sales of the Keratin Bonder Pro are final.
At this time, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your Keratin Bonder Pro arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@thatblondestylist.com.

Please include:

• • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, a replacement item will be sent. We do not offer refunds for damaged items.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

• DIGITAL PRODUCT DOWNLOADS: 

Because these items are digital products, all sales are final (no refunds). However, if you experience any issues downloading your purchase, please reach out to info@thatblondestylist.com for support.

Sales, Promotions & Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed prior to a sale or promotion.

If you purchase a product at full price and a promotion occurs afterward, no refunds or credits will be issued for the difference.
